VODACOM LEAKS YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO ********* - BEWARE

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom and chose the double deal. When I received my confirmation I noticed it only had one device. I called to confirm and the agent assured me it is for two devices. Needless to say when it was delivered, it was one device. Which I called to report. They told me that the device will be collected and upgrade cancelled. A few days later I followed up because nothing has been done. Logged the call again. The following week, an imposter posing as a RAM courier collected the device. Turns out this was a ******** who must have gotten hold of my details and document I signed, from Vodacom and **********ly collected the device. We still don't know how they got my details. I keep getting promises from Vodacom that the upgrade will be cancelled. It is now way over a month and nothing has happened. I keep following up, but no word.
