Vodacom leading network is a joke - Customer service sucks

I have been a long standing Vodacom customer from 2005. For being a customer for 17 years, I called in and waited for 17 minutes until someone finally answers and disconnects the call on me. Thereafter another 14 mins of waiting until I get through. this is the 5 time of calling. they have the most annoying voice prompts that are so unnecessary and useless. you spin around in circles. I currently have 5 contracts with Vodacom and I can assure that I will be cancelling 3 of them soon. I will only keep my router number and original number. I will change my kids and parents’ number to another service provider.
