vodacom leaders in *****ulant cell insurance services

I have a Samsung s8 on contract with insurance from Vodacom.

The phone is overheating and the battery is dying quickly. I went to Vodacom East Rand Mall and was told to take the device to Vodacom Eastgate and the device will be fixed while I wait. I drove to Eastgate and was told by a fat lady who did not give me her name, that my warrantee and insurance is void and all repairs will be charged for due a chipped screen.

So I would like to know what does the insurance and warrantee actually cover and I want to cancel my contract and insurance due to this bad service with untrained people. I cannot pay insurance premiums and contract fees with a phone that is suddenly out of warrantee. You guys can tell me where to drop your device off, as it has no purpose and always needs to be on charge.

I also want my fuel money for driving up and down with no help and my account is up to date and is always paid.

I called the store now to get the name of the lady and was put on hold for a few minutes, I then called back on *** four times with no answer.

The lady who told me my device is out of warrantee is Carmen I can go to the store and identify the person.

If nothing gets done about it I will take this further.

If my phone is off its due to the bad battery that is not covered by warrantee or insurance please contact me via email *** ps. Vodacom customer care email contact seems to not work
