Vodacom lawyers harrasing for paid up bill.

Hi.. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had a contract with vodacom, she took a top up deal here in Mthatha but the sales lady who asssisted her gave her a different package deal. She later cancelled the contract and a deal was made to pay for a device she later took.

Now she got a call from the lawyers who told her she was owing vodacom and much pay an amount of about 11 000 for that contract she had terminated.

She contested it but ended up paying the whole amount. Now vodacom lawyer keep harrasing her of payments and yet the amount is settled and receipts of payment are available.

When she called vodacom regarding this they keep postponing attending to her and now this is the message sent to her today

" Mr Botha will arrange that your vodacom docs for court process are delivered to your work by 12/07/2019. Kindly sign all copies"
