Vodacom larceny
exactly a year ago I started losing data and complained and called until I was helped , a year later today my data starting disappearing so fast that I had to buy 5 R110 recharge vouchers in a few hours just so that I could call my clients and stay in touch , in 1 week I had spent over R1000 on recharge vouchers , when you try call you get THE worst customer care service I've ever experience, I failed my 1st 3 security questions so had to call back and then passed the same questions 30 minutes down the line on the phone lol I don't get upset yet just laugh out loud at the level of USELESSNESS this so called top communications company offers , *****ing data then trying to make me feel better by offering me 100mb free data and when I flip my lid you suddenly change tone and offer me 1gig free data "as a good will of gesture " so if you can manipulate data as easy as that then you are *****ING that data just as fast to thousands of users everyday just to increase profits and your FAT ****ING WALLETS
