Vodacom laptop transaction
I want to applaud Thato Makoti, a gentleman at “*** - Complaints” who relentlessly assisted me, despite satisfactory responses from Vodacom’s departments. My laptop problem has eventually been resolved. I am of the opinion that Vodacom is still the best service provider in South Africa.
