VODACOM LAPTOP DEALS FAULTY MACHINES!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in Vodacom, I have been a loyal contact customer for the last 15 years and i just got the worst deal from them. I currently have 5 different contracts with them. I got a laptop online that is faulty. I first took it into 2 shops in Nelspruit to get it to be send away for repairs as i also took insurance on it. (As it falls just outside the 14 days return policy dates.) Then on Monday they contacted me and said they can not assist/help me in the repairs i have to go and collect the laptop from them because i got the deal online i have to contact them online department and get them to collect it and send it to Jhb for repairs. Since Monday i have been struggling to get them to come and collect the laptop for repairs. I keep calling the 082 178 44 number to book the repair with no success as they have a lot of stories or they are waiting for response from a superior or they are not available and will get back to me on this. I am currently fed up. I think i will not be paying this laptop as it isn't even a month old. and i will have to switch to a different network provider as soon as the other contracts expire. Please be careful of the return policies and repairs under insurance and also be careful of ordering online with them, they damage the products and then its hard to get it repaired.
