Vodacom lacking mechanisms in.place to protect the society

I am shocked by Vadocom which allowsed a person to open account with my details without verification I wonder whether it has a mechanism in place to ensure that *****sters don't use other people information without their knowledge. This has affected my credit score. It's so unfortunate that I have never opened an account with them and I am getting this.
