Vodacom lack of competency in sorting billing for 4 months

I entered into an upgrade on my vodacom contract in August 2014 and Bis was free for 24 months.  From February till May 2016 although there is still 7 months to go my billing was overcharged. I have desperately tried to sort this problem out and consultants repeatedly promise to refund the overcharge and to date I have been given the run around. I am not sure how this reputable company conducts business as I have been given numerous reference numbers and they all get closed without this problem being resolved ( Ref numbers are ***;***;***. I have spoken to team leaders and consultants who promised to even phone me back and follow up but they are all empty promises. I am now requested to pay as my account is in arrears. It is 4 months and my billing is not sorted out. I have proof of being overcharged and please help me to solve my problem. It seems that people are *********** and are frustrating me as I have been a loyal customer for more than 16 years now.
