Vodacom Lack of Action to *****

My in-laws went to upgrade their contract with Vodacom on the 12 January 2019. They were then told that there contract was upgraded online on the 3rd July 2018. Realising that ***** had taken place they immediately had an affidavit completed at a police station and the case reported to Vodacom. After numerous phone calls and visits to the Vodacom store in Greenstone the case remains unresolved. Vodacom Midrand have been unresponsive, uncooperative, arrogant and damn rude. My in-laws are pensioners and are still being charged for a phone that they do not possess. This is a typical case of the corporate **** of unsuspecting consumers. It has been reported to Vodacom ***** despute. No reference number is available to confirm that action is actually been made.

Reviewer Update
So it has been 8 days since my review about the lack of action by Vodacom regarding the ***** against my in-laws and quess what. There has still been no action. So my elderly pensioner in laws are in the hole for R22k and all Vodacom can do is stick their heads in the sand. This is the most disgusting service that I think any corporate can dish out. Do they think/hope that this will just go away? I think not!
