VODACOM Lack Customer Care

<p>VODACOM Lack of Customer Care or backup service - Rather dissapointing to discover Vodacom have stopped the Video calling feature on the Samsung S7 previously available on the S5. This is a big change and should be communicated to customers. It seems Vodacoms technology is regressing or their management is. Most disappointing to note that Vodacom does'nt care to deal with the problem despite numerous communications. Veer Anand</p>
