Vodacom lack billing integrity

I'm being billed for a contract that terminated in July 2025. When I contacted Vodacom, I was told that the contract migrated in November 2025 and I need to pay until April 2026. Should I want to end the contract,I must pay an amount of R881 for early cancellation. I explained that this was not an early cancellation as this contract has already ended. I requested a voice recording to prove that I had agreed to a migration.... whatever that is. That was a month ago and to date, there had been no response. My debit order has just gone out and I was billed again for a line that's not even in use. Vodacom has ******* working for them and operators with the IQ of a cabbage. U get zero constructive assistance from them.
