Vodacom La Lucia , bad service all round

Most definitely the worst retail shop to deal with. I Had a contract approved 8 days ago and Was told that stock of the phones will come within 2-3 working days from the date of approval. No one called me until I went in 5 days later only for the consultant to tell me that there stock as not arrived and will be coming in the same day or the next. It’s now 3 days past and I still didn’t get my phones. Most disappointing thing is that from the approval to date which is 9 days not a single person has called to update me. Was told that the contract was signed up by the deputy manager . No one not even the manger as called .
