Vodacom Kolonnade Useless!!!
Vodacom in the Kollenade mall is the most pathetic outlet we have ever used. My wife upgraded to a new contract and we opted for add-ons. we added a Xbox and a robot vacuum on the deal, this was done (25/11/2013) and we are still waiting for the robot vacuum. every single time you speak with someone there they tell you that its still on back order and nothing gets done about it. i am now sick and tired of these people and just trying to warn anyone who is thinking of getting a contract with Vodacom. avoid the Kollenade branch by all means!
