Vodacom Kolenade centre

vodacom kolenade mislead me in upgrading where my account was supposed to come down it went up when i confronted them at vodacom kolenade they got personal and said i must phone customer care and then customer care said i must speak to the shop and now a year later i am still paying more and more on my account Vodacom does nut give a damn about their customer !!!
