Vodacom knowingly sells items that last only up to 3 days!!

I went into your East Rand Mall store this morning to purchase a cell phone charger that can charge Samsung devices. I asked the sales person "Chardonnay" for assistance to show me where they are kept. She showed me presumably the most expensive ones for R299 each to which I asked if they had cheaper ones. She then pointed to the "Swiss Mobile Gear" ones for R199 and said "I don't think you want these ones because they only last for 3 days!". I find this a bit outrageous and ask "then why does Vodacom sell products that only last for 3 days for R199?" to which she responded "Oh, it's the suppliers". I still responded something on the lines of "I dont care who supplies it, Vodacom should not sell technology this expensive if they will only last for up to 3 days". In essence, if this product lasts longer than 3 days, then your agent is lying and Vodacom should be ashamed for hiring these types of people. If the products only lasts up to 3 days, then Vodacom should be ashamed of themselves for selling poor quality items for this amount of money. I have a charger at my work that has lasted for the past 2.5 years and I paid around R60 for it at the time.
