VODACOM KILSS OUR BUSINESS WITH GUESS DIAGNOSES AND DONT CARE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE

My son recently was playing with my work phone and barred my phone using that *333 thing which he got from Facebook! i alerted my boss now i logged this call last week but because my boss was on site we were never able to get authorised. So this morning thinking that this matter would quickly get resolved i called vodacom who then called my boss to get authorization which i got! I further went on to explain to the lady at the other end of the line what the problem was, The lady then went on to say our line is in arrears (A fact we tried to change the payment date in-store, my boss and i were both there fyi: they made him sign the relevant paperwork) The lady on the phone later went on to tell me that this because the lines are in arrears again which is not true because its only my line that's not working! and i keep on telling them that the line was blocked by me and when i entered the pin 3 times wrong the matter then became permanent. I asked the call centre lady who clear didnt know the Standard Operating Procedure to reset this a barring code, she failed dismally!! I then spoke to her supervisor who then said it would be fine after an hour! I then inboxed them on facebook cause i cant reach them!! Again someone comes and gives me guess work diagnoses!! The worst part is the day is almost over no one has actually thought it important to actually give me a call!! This line has been bared from beginning of Lockdown and even when it was paid it never actually made calls!! Im very disappointed and as the CFO i will advise my boss to move to another Network as soon as its time bear in mind we in his name alone he has over 8 lines never mind the business!! I'm terribly disappointed as Im one business day behind now
