Vodacom ****s your phone signal and cant get it back again

I have been with Vodacom for years. Yesterday I received an SMS for customer rating because apparently I visited a vodacom store. A few minutes later, I have NO network coverage. This morning I went to Vodacom at mall@carnival Brakpan, to be told I must phone customer service. Yes well hiw am I supposed to phone when I don't have network coverage? The lady who tried to assist clicked sime buttons and borrowed me a phone to call customer service and she spoke to them also. I left my phone off with simcard unplugged for two hours, still not registering on the network. Pathetic customer service to say the very least.
