Vodacom Keywest

Wednesday, 04 January 2017 we took a contract for a Samsung Tablet at Vodacom Keywest for my son starting Grade 8, brought it home and fully charged it, on the 3rd attempt at charging it, it no longer charged, took it back to Vodacom Keywest.

We were told it would have to be sent in to be checked not replaced, as yet, as we may have broken it but it would be expadited as it was for school today, Wenesday, 11 January. My husband phoned vodacare fourways as this is where it was supposed to go to be checked only to discover they hadn't received it. I phoned Vodacom Keywest and was told that it was already back and they were busy charging it, when I said my husband would be on his way to fetch it, a call came through 5 minutes later to say that the gentleman had only just read the job card and seen that it only charged to 3% so I am assuming that it never got to vodacare so never expadited as promised.

I have asked for the owner of the shop to phone me but apparently he doesn't phone customers, that is why he has staff to deal with situations like this.

I have tried to be nice, I have been downright rude but to no avail, what is my recourse?
