Vodacom Keywest

We bought a Lenovo 10" Tablet on 04 January 2016 from Vodacom Keywest work really well during the year. On 29 November it rainbowed out and would not switch on after that. On 30 November it was returned and booked in to Vodacom Keywest on job no ********** 7 with SMS says it would be sent to the nearest vodacom service repairs outlet.

To cut a very long story short (request sms numbers and dates from myself) on the 02 January 2017 we went back to the Vodacom Keywest branch to collect the tablet to discover that the wrong item, a cellphone, had been exchanged and returned to us instead of the tablet, the assistant said that they would phone the repairs centre to find out where the tablet was and would get back to me.

The assistant phoned back to say that a new job number had been issued, ********** 0 and that job had been received by the repairs outlet in fourways.

After numerous phone calls back and forth between us and the Vodacom Keywest branch we still do not have the correct tablet.

This tablet is needed for my son for grade 10 at school and has put him into a predicament and compramises his education.

What is my recourse?
