Vodacom keeps trying to debit my account without a contract

I’m extremely disappointed with Vodacom. They keep trying to debit my bank account even though I do not have any active contract or agreement with them.

I’ve contacted Vodacom several times to report this issue and provided all the necessary details, yet nothing has been done to stop these unauthorized debit attempts. This has forced me to constantly move my funds just to prevent Vodacom from taking money that they are not entitled to.

It’s unacceptable for a major company to ignore such a serious matter. I expect Vodacom to immediately stop all debit attempts, provide written confirmation, and refund any unauthorized deductions.

Until this is resolved, I’ll continue warning others to check their accounts carefully — because if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
