Vodacom keeps disappointing
good day Vodacom
i upgraded my phone and got a sms today:
hi your promo bundle has been activated your t&b bonus data 3gb25 %disc, will be free until 30/06 thereafter you wil be charged R172. to opt out dial *135*140# for more info please visit vodacom.co.za
i dont want to pay for this service. i tried to dial *135*140# it doesnt work it says that service doesnt excist when i go on website to deactive it i log in then it says oops something went wrong????
*** vodacom please make sure i dont pay for this i dont want it please stop it. your service is really becoming increasingly pathetic. i put a complaint about vodacom on hello peter a week ago regarding another problem.
please ensure that this service is not billed on my number i do not consent to it i want to opt out
