Vodacom keeps deducting fees for content services

Vodacom keeps deducting money every month for content services even though I have unsubscribed (from something I never subscribed for) from this "service" numerous times via sms, phone and a consultant at a vodashop.

It appears as if Vodacom is in on this ****.
