Vodacom keeps blocking my line everyday

The number was in my grandmothers name, with no issues. Sadly she passed away in August. In August, September and November Vodacom kept double debiting the account. And suspending the lines which are used for business.

After she passed we phoned to ask what is the process of transferring the number to my name. They said the death certificate and its done immediately (Mfana at Cellucity Bedford center) when we went in with this Vodacom went onto their new system. After two weeks I followed up and the forms were not even sent to where they are suppose to go. So the transfer started again. Eventually from the month of December the phone was in my name. Vodacom was then to debit R1079 for the account. However debited over R8000. With no warning I reversed the debit.

They email me a statement on 10 January to pay R1079, on the 24th they soft block the number a business number, I get paid on the 30th of the month. However took a loan to pay it as my line needs to be unblocked. On the morning of the 25th at 07:06 I make payment, on the statement I see no reference so as any normal person I put the invoice number as reference and emailed it to **********

a few few hors later I phone to see if they have received it and they tell me I should have used my account number as the reference. Immediately I send the proof of Payment with the statement and I inserted my account number.

I am then asked how much did I pay so I said the R1079 as said in my statement. They then ask me when am I paying the R9025??? Where does Vodacom get that as I have the number in my name from December and now January???

As always the call drops and I call back, explain my entire story to the lady and she then says what am I paying? I say the R1079 as on my statement. She then says to me when are you paying the R28 000???? Where in 2 mins did this come from??? I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and again the call drops. I phone back again and they can't pick up the number in the system. I give them my ID number they can't pick up anything. I then give them my account number.

On the 25th at 8pm, the 26th at 8pm , the 27th at 8pm and the 28th at 8 pm I receive a message about a soft block and in seconds the line is blOcked.

Every night i have have phoned in, it's a 45min process to get it unblocked. They tell me payment does not affect this what is happening and I should call accounts to lift the credit limit. How is there a credit limit as this is a Uchoose top up contract 6GB data and 75mins, when it's done I top up on online banking .

Today i phone accounts from another number as they say when I phone from my number I have called to many times and I should leave my number and someone will phone me back, they never do.... I get through and explain again my entire story they put me through to Aquisition department where I was asked to insert a VIR or VRI number.

I honestly do not know what to do anymore, I have received a written warning and now heading to a disciplinary hearing as I am not veto g back to my clients. This also giving me a bad credit rating.

I I desperately need help or guidance on what to do as I cannot carry on like this
