Vodacom keeping people on system that's has already paid up
After paying up my contract 2 years ago I have found I have bad credit now due to vodacom never removing my account. I called 2 weeks ago requesting a paid up letter as I needed it asap they said they will do it by end of the day, 2 days later I call and they said they will request it and have it within 5 days. This is after sitting on hold twice 30min just to get 1 person to assist me, 5 days have come and gone twice over and still nothing. I am so fed up right now.
