Vodacom keep on billing me after unwilling contract has expiered and been cancelled.

Vodacom truly needs to get their house in order. After a dubious contract, which I did not ask for and never was refunded or dealt with successfully, has expired, I have cancelled the contract telephonically and the agent even sympathised when I explained my reason for cancelling. He even indicated that Vodacom is experiencing many such complaints and have apologised. BUT STILL, VODACOM IS BILLING ME MONTHLY! I have reversed three stop orders already, every single time at cost, and still VODACOM keeps on billing me. Why oh why is Vodacom disrespecting its customers so much and why is it that I had difficulty with all my VODACOM products. I have cancelled all my products and thought I am VODACOM free, but the ******s keep on pestering me with poor service and failure to cancel the last of the thievery products.

Oh Vodacom

I see you are at it again! You truly love to pester me. Like an awakening cadaver, today, I receive an obnoxious, threating "Final letter of demand" to the value of R100.88 after you confirmed everything was cancelled and in order (October 2019). I have not received any statements or invoices that indicate that I owe this amount to you. A final amount, as per your confirmation, was paid to the amount of R504.32 on 07/10/2019. By the way, you have not compensated me to date for a service that I have not requested, nor used. You are the benefitting party and I am the victim here. Your own staff has confirmed that this is an internal problem you experience where your third-parties bill customer for services not requested. Yet, you have the audacity to send me this letter out of the blue after 4 months. Given the tremendous poor service and financial loss you have caused me, not to mention the many phone calls and inconvenience you have caused, you finally try to suckle a mere R100 out of me by threatening me with legal action. Where does this come from? C'mon, for a company as large as Vodacom you pester me for an unknown R100!!! Poor, poor, poor, service Vodacom. Shame on you!
