VODACOM *** SERVICE

Hi, I signed up for a new contract with Vodacom on a Samsung s9. ever since I signed that contract the phone has been giving me problems. phone started having key problems and it came back fixed, I took it back the very same day I collected it with the network issues, phone not connecting to the network and doesn't want to install apps. I am now paying for something I don't have. Vodacom took it for repairs for the second time and it now a month and I still don't have the brand new device on my yet paying. Please help. I need a new device and not a repaired device, this device was sent back to the store with 7 working days. I will log a dispute with the consumer protection act and will take it from there. NO DEBIT ORDER WILL GO THRU. I WILL REVERSE IT.
