Vodacom just wont cancel my contract!!

I have been trying to cancel a contract since Jan 2021. The contract expired Sept 2020, when I eventually called the cancellations *** number they stated that the cancellation has been processed and I will receive an SMS confirming this. I have been very patient, calling each month from Jan. It is now April yet the contract STILL is not cancelled. After 4 different phone calls requesting the cancellation, I get the same response every time I call stating that it has been processed but they are STILL deducting. This is proving to be a headache.

Why can't Vodacom process a such a simple request? yet they are still trying for offer me upgrade packages to stay on. After my experience I will definitely not be considering Vodacom as a service provider anymore.
