Vodacom just like Escom
Can you believe it I still did not get a response from vodacom except for their automated response.Gee Viz has vodacom been REDUCED to this!!!

Thank you for the posting.
According feedback from our repairs division; your device warranty has expired. We are not allowed to have it exchanged out of warranty therefore had to declare it beyond economical repair.
We were hoping that the software upgrade would resolve the matter on your modem but regrettably the assessment proved different.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
