VODACOM JUST DOESN'T CARE

Here we go again... I have constantly asked Vodacom Business to mail me statements every month but they decide, 'NO, they won't be doing that, I must struggle first. I previously even sent through all the required paperwork and i continuously asked them to send the statements every month as the Accountants need that every month but it all fell on deaf ears... Remember I am a customer, giving them business since I don't know how long. I am so sick and tired of this nonsense vodacom and I promise that when the company phone contracts expire, I will be going to another service provider... I am fed-up...
