VODACOM JUST DELETED MY NUMBER!!!???!??!?!?!??!

Firstly my phone was ****** over the weekend and this morning when I called vodacom to block my phone and sim they could not firstly assist me because I had 2 IMEI numbers on my name and cell number. After being advised that I need to locate my cell box I recieved the phone in to get my IMEI.<br> <br> So this was done and IMEI number acquired I cal in to vodacom again to block my number and phone just to find out that my number was deleted off the vodacom system ***!!!!. The only mistake I made was not to get the name of the person I spoke to in the first place who was clearly responsible for blocking my *** number.<br> <br> This level of service is highly unacceptable for a Multi Billion Rand Company such as vodacom. I want and need my number undeleted so that i can do a sim swap.
