Vodacom, just can’t trust them.

Vodacom did it again. They managed the to ***** me over once again over the phone. Not did they add another “new” package to my account but they also managed to take away my upgrade which I have been holding out on j until I really needed it. I am beyond livid and disappointed- being with them for more than 16 years I have finally had it. They lie. The hey don’t listen to what you say! I had a sneak suspicion that this little conversation over the phone to get rid of the package that is too expensive will cost me dearly. I repeatedly made sure, that I will still be able to up grade and the Consultant very kindly assured me that I will be able to- over and over again. Guess what! I went to pick up the phone I ordered and I cannot upgrade- my phone is so old the battery life is really and issue and it’s my work phone. Now that I’m desperate for my long awaited upgrade- I can’t have it despite promises that one conversation wouldn’t cost me my upgrade.
