Vodacom just cancels your number for ridiculous reasons!

Vodacom just cancels your number despite you having it in your name for over 15 years! My primary number has just been deactivated while on Prepaid and I am told that it is due to inactivity. This number still receives SMSs and I have had it for over 15 years!

Vodacom Customer support just tells me there is nothing they can do to assist!
