Vodacom just as useless as VVM Attorneys
Round 5....last weekend vodacom found a human to phone after my account was confirmed by Vodacom as cancelled and zero. VVM Attorneys is still hussling me for the money. 7 sms message a day from early to late. Vodaconn promise that they will inform the attorneys. Today i receive another dozen messages indicating that if i dont pay now cost will be added. Vodacom and VVM Attorneys need to sort this mess out. This now going on for almost 8 months.

Vodacim has yet not delivered. VVM Attorney is still demanding the outstanding amount Vodacom has been removed from my account with 9 sms's just this morning. Not only are the hassling me, but my son and husband as well. And after i asked that my number been made pay-as-go, and confirm being done by Vodacom, they still adding new amounts in the so called close account. Vodacom your records is incomplete. Please treat your customers with respect. We are not robots....
