Vodacom just as bad as telkom

I want to port my number from Cell C to Vodacom. I spend 2 hours in store completing all documentation sign all paperworks just to get told I cant take my phone until the porting is completed. so I need to wait for my cell signal to drop before I can go into the store pick up my phone. so I need to loose business just because Vodacoms processes cant be streamlined. how do you expect people to port to Vodacom if your process to port is this ridiculed. <br> <br> I don't understand what does waiting for your number to port have to do with taking delivery of a phone.<br> <br> I mean everything is signed they have my banking details they have confirmation of my contracts. <br> <br> WHY ??????<br> <br> I cant understand
