What a terrible place. The worst customer service ever.

I went there and no one is usefull. I walked in 3 of the staff turned me to the technician. She did not even bother to assist, she was only interested in doing her admin filing. At this point there was 1 customer also waiting for her. I asked for help and was told to wait for the only assistant to help.

I was their the previous day. They over charged me for clearing an error on my phone, when i went to Mayville Vodacom, they only charged me R80 for the same problem on my tablet.

I loudly complained and the staff did not even blink an eye or apologist, and laughed while i was walking out the door.

No surprise they have 8x 1 star reviews. I wish i could have chosen 0 stars.

Obviously this owner of this shop does not worry about customer service.
