Vodacom Jacaranda Store - Pretoria
My wife upgraded her existing contract last year and took out an LG G5. The phone's hardware is faulty and she went into the Jacaranda store to repair it. The staff told her that they cannot assist her and that the phone is too old for repairs. She then asked for a copy of the contract but they 'could not' give it to her. I contacted LG myself and they are willing to repair the device if we can prove that we purchased it less than 2 years ago. We do not have time to go to different stores to ask if we can get a copy of the contract we signed for the device.
I would like Vodacom to email my wife a copy of the contract she signed so that we can take care of the repairs ourselves. I had an issue with my phone and MTN assisted with my repair without asking a hassle. I feel that this should be a basic requirement, go into a store, ask for a copy of the contract you signed, and you should be able to get it.
Please assist.
Regards, Ryan
