Vodacom Jabulani mall bad service

On the 15th of March 2023 my contract application was approved for R620 then the consultant was having trouble when asked for insurance he requested I come tomorrow to collect my phone's as the system is taking long then the following day on the 16th March 2023 when I got to the shop I was told the application declined yet it was approved. The manager was unable to assist me I need this matter to be resolve how the hell do you approve the application then decline it again.
