Vodacom Jabulani - customer service is just a myth

Not every vodacom store is able to do repairs. But when you get to one who facilitates repairs, only 1 1 staff member can assist. I'm at Vodacom Jabulani mall and there are 5 staff in the shop and only 3 customers. 4 staff are busy on their phones while all 3 customers must wait for 1 staff member because we all have repair queries. How pathetic!!!

And repair queries takes a while. Now this poor guy must assist 2 customers at the same time.
