Vodacom its shameful

My man has been using vodacom for years and myself he had about 5 contracts with them and one of his phone get lost about cancelling the contract but vodacom didn't remove it from contract to prepared after all months he had ask them to. He cant get his number back because useless service That Vodacom cant do their job properly.. we have fibre in the use and router to use but isn't working ever since October he has been calling them every week but nothing.... will ever take a contract from vodacom they're useless and can't be trusted
