Vodacom it's a **** and has the worsed customer service.cell nr *** has been blocked due to their own error of an amount of more than R900. We revised the amount and complaint to them they promised to attend to the query we waited .the failed to deduct the correct amount instead the blocked the number and this has affected my credit score as well as method of communication.i have tried numerous times to get assist a lady was set to assist by the name of Linda mkhiza but failed to do so kindly assist
