Vodacom Itemised Billing...what a mess

Where to even begin....Can I call Vodacom a bunch of *****s and false advertising specialists.

I pay my small amount of R13 for my itemised billing every month. But since this great idea of going across to the 3D system or whatever its called I cannot access my itemises bill. Which has been the case since Feb/March of 2016. I cannot access it via my app on my cellphone, nor via my online account on my laptop, nor via the invoice I kindly receive from Vodacom to indicate what I owe THEM...ironic. Further, when I phone customer query and they send it via email...its incorrect. My itemsed bill then tells me I phone just that ONE vodacom to vodacom, ONE vodacok to other and ONE landline number for an entire month. I.e. three numbers / people are the only ones I spend all my minutes on.

Which is funny because I took out this contract so I can use my phone for business purposes and claim back using my itemised bill. Well that uses to work since Feb/March of this year. So thank you Vodacom for costing me money and being the worst service provider. Ironic how I moved to Vodacom thinking I dont mind paying slightly more for much better service. The joke sure has been on me. Not only that, but the time I spent on the phone speaking to the dozen Vodacom employees who cannot wait to NOT assist me but rather pass me on to the next dead end and empty promise of a call back.

So I cannot wait for my contract to end. It will be the biggest Christmas present imagineable. Prepaid here I come with another useless network perhaps. Also...for anyone who think about going the Vodacom route, paying slightly more but getting better service for that...think again...and again...and choose someone else on prepaid.

Kind regards

The client whose account is always 100% up to date and who gets nothing but terrible service in return.
