Vodacom ITC issue

I missed 3 payments more than 2 years ago, after everything was settled I’m still on ITC till today.

As you know you can’t phone them because now one knows what to do and you get sent to 5 different departments each time and when you finally get to the right department and explain everything still nothing gets done about it so obviously you only need grade 7 to qualify for a job.

Vodacom will now send out a automated answer saying they will contact me bla bla bla can someone els tell me what to do or where to go to get this process sorted out please? If someone ever had the chance to be this lucky?
