Vodacom issues

I am having huge problems and issues to resolve a problem with the Vodacom network, regarding getting OTP sms.s from my PayPal account. Nobody at the call center seems to be able to help or resolve the issue. I have only spoken to 1 person at the call center that is aware of the problem but nobody seems to care to assist in this urgent matter. I have been with Vodacom for over 25 years and I have a few contracts with them, which I am so ready to cancel all of them due to their incompetence. Please could someone that knows about this PayPal OTP problem get back to me ASAP.
