I changed my bank at the end of March, phoned Vodacom to inform them of the change of bank details and they susequently captured my debit order details for my new account. As it was at the end of the month, the lady I spoke to informed me that the April amount won't be able to go off with debit order and that I would have to pay my account in cash. Then at the start of April, Vodacom tried to run the debit order on my old account that I told them would be closed, the debit order bounced and they fined me R100. Now I need to log a dispute, use my personal time to fix a mistake they made. And no one can tell me how to log a dispute when I phone them.
