Vodacom issues

Greetings Yesterday I experienced a huge disappointment from a an agent calling on behalf of Vodacom .I received a call from *** at 1:24 pm the gentlemen started by informing me about the current contracts that I have with Vodacom and how I was going to benefit with a deal that he was proposing to me. I was straight with the agent to say that I'm not interested in any upgrades currently as I'm still happy with what I have. My disappointment came when the agent said he was trying to offer a discount to my one current plan only to realize that he was trap me into a new contract that I've already explained to him .Lastly i have seen there have been lot complaints from Vodacom users interms of network coverage in the area ,can they solve network issues in most areas please .Umzinyathi area near Inanda and Ngwelezane Empangeni are areas where this issue is happening.
