Vodacom Issues
This is the same issue that I have logged earlier in the month around Vodacom. They have made some commitments to resolve the issue as you can see by the mail below for Vodacom. ________________________________________ Good Morning Mr Kruger I will convert the number to prepaid on 01/11/2024. This will allow you to port the number to another network. The credit will be passed on your Vodacom account within 24 hours. I will advise tomorrow when it reflects. Regards Genieve Once again, we use our time to go back to Vodacom Midlands mall hoping for the situation to be resolved as we are paying for the contract that we cannot use for more than 2 months and guest what, nothing that was committed in the mail has been actioned. It the meantime my wife has to travel around in SA without a working phone. I need some advice here form a legal mind. Will it be worth going legal with this issue as Vodacom has committed it is fault on their side, but it does not seem like they want to resolve it. It the meantime they are happy to take my money every month. This is getting ridiculous now.
