The above link was yesterdays complaint - I have now received a completion notice via email saying its all fixed up JOKE they still have me on their basic package . ITS NOT OF COURSE . I'm paying for a 20000 Kbs download speed which is still running under 4000 Kbs - they have me on the wrong package and just can't change it for some reason . II'll make sure to publish all of this on Social media soon / I have lots of correspondence
