Vodacom isn't great as you all think. IT IS A BAD NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER!

Had two contracts with vodacom, for sim only data R300 and cellphone R1 489 (iPhone 14 pro). Few months after receiving the iphone, they started to debit more than what we've agreed on. So I ended up opting for premature contract cancelation. I called and requested for a quote which was valid for few days. I was advised to pay the balance at any vodacom. Paid it the very same day I received the quote, 10th July 2023.Then later on I received an email stating that I still have to pay the last R2006, end of July 2023. I'm failing to understand why because I want nothing to do with vodacom. Ain't even gonna upgrade when my Sim only data contract ends. I hate vodacom. Can't wait to switch to any other reliable network.
