Vodacom is # WORST company EVER!
Vodacom is probably the worst company i've ever obtained services from...ever. I've been with vodacom on contract since 2005 and only cancelled my contract end of 2019. The reason i cancelled the contract was because i noticed i was paying way more than what i believed i was using since i work from home and i have a fibre connection and hardly use my phone to make calls. Anyway, i paid off my account after speaking to a consultant who was so arrogant because i didn't want to take up any of his alternative contract offers. almost a year after the fact; i check my credit records online by chance and find am owing R1,171.00 for an installment that i apparently never made. For almost a year, not even one person from vodacom ever called me about this and when i was cancelling my account i was told precisely what to pay which i did and now am shocked due to this finding.
If anyone out there wanted an honest opinion about vodacom, i'd say they're a bunch of ****** just wanting to squeeze you out of your money. 'Am really furious about this and tomorrow am porting my number to MTN!
